Bespoke Group Fitness Classes
Fitso runs regular weekly group exercise sessions based in and around Preston Park. Details of times and locations of weekly classes can be found on Fitso’s facebook via the following link here and is updated regularly. Any changes to classes will be posted here.
Regular group sessions currently include;
The Original Fitso - Sessions focus on whole body fitness, and combine a mixture cardio drills, plyometrics, resistance and flexibility exercises to develop fitness, stamina, speed and strength using a variety of training techniques. Suitable for all levels of fitness. (Sessions £6 drop in or £55 for a bock of 10 sessions)
Walk / Run training for Beginners – In this 10 week course, we aim to develop run fitness and confidence using structured progressive walk / run training. Suitable for beginners looking to start building run fitness from scratch in a sociable and supportive non-competitive group. (£40 for a 10 week course)
Run Training for Improvers – In this 10 week course, using a variety of training techniques including intervals, fartlek and hill training, we aim to increase run stamina and speed and to develop pace awareness. Suitable for improvers able to run for 20 mins continuously. (£40 for a 10 week course)
