Outdoor Fitness

Whilst we can provide indoor training too, Fitso specialises in outdoor fitness because there’s nothing like working up a sweat outside for making you feel truly alive and energised. And for anyone wishing to train for a specific event, like a long distance bike ride, a run or a triathlon, then there’s really no substitute for getting out there and doing it for real. Outdoor training offers unlimited space to move around in, the opportunity to train in different environments and locations as well as adding the spice of being exposed to the elements! No session will ever be the same! That said, if the weather is too inhospitable, we can provide indoor training or will happily come and train you at your home or workplace.

Elliptigo Training


The ELLIPTIGO was originally developed by an elite endurance athlete with chronic injuries that prevented him from running, and it has already proved to be a hugely popular and effective in the US, with fans that include the legendary ultra-distance runner DEAN KARNAZES who describes the ELLIPTIGO as " the best cross training device I’ve seen – bar none”.

Marianne is one of just a small handful of ELLIPTIGO trainers in the UK.

Marianne Clark is an experienced Level 3 personal trainer and fitness instructor with a lifelong passion for sport and fitness. She swapped a high flying career as a media lawyer to become a full time fitness professional and has never looked back since.
